[WTA] Sata 6gs or 3gbs

Hi Guys,

I am in confusion to purchase a HDD.

My new mobo ASUS z77-v LX supports sata 6gbs and need suggestion on which HDD to purchase.

500GB W.D. BLUE 16M 7200 RPM SATA 6.0 vs 500GB W.D. CCTV GREEN 32M 7200 RPM.

The reason i am purchasing the 500 gbs is because this HDD will be purely for OS and gaming only.

Please advise which one i should purchase or something better and not SSD which will give good performance for gaming and OS. (Budget RM 350)

Need help in building New PC

Finally after long thinking, ignoring, postponing. etc, I have decided to build a new gaming system.

Currently i have a patched system and below are the items I will be using for new system:
1) 1 TB WD hard disk + Old 320 gb hard disk
2) DVD ROM - LG (Just for installing stuffs and i am to lazy to burn stuff)
3) DDR 3 Ram 4 gbs x 1

Ok now to my new system:
Processor: Core i5 2500k - RM 650
Mobo: Z77 series or ASUS P8Z68-V LX - RM 395 (is Asrock mobo brand good? Max budget for mobo is 450)
Ram: Kingston DDR3 4 gbs - RM 68
Graphic Card: Asus GTX 560 dc ii oc - RM 745
PSU: 700 watt (not sure of brand - any suggestion?) - RM 550 (my budget)
Monitor: Samsung 24" S24B350H - RM 689
Casing: Cooler Master 371 Elite - RM 135
After Market Cooler : Cooler Master 212 Evo - RM 130
120 mm cooler fan x 3 - RM 30 (budgeting RM 10 each)

Total is RM3392

Is this build good?

This Saturday i am dropping by Low Yat to check the price. Any shop suggestion?

Lastly before i forget, i use this system to download and watch movie/anime. Play some online game with my friends (Rappelz/World of Tanks/Diablo 3 and etc).

Hi Guys. I just registered as new user and i am kinda noob in building a PC.

Currently i have a R.I.P. cpu and the spare part i can use is:
1) Casing (Ofcourse)
2) Monitor - Samsung 19"
3) 1 TB WD hard disk + Old 320 gb hard disk
4) DVD ROM - LG (Just for installing stuffs and i am to lazy to burn stuff)

Ok now to my new system:
Core i5 2500k - RM660
Gbytes P67A-UD3 - RM495
2GB DDR3-1333 x2 - RM130 (RM65/pc)
Gbyte GF GTS 450 1GB DDR5 - RM449
C.Master GX 550 power supply - RM235

Total is RM1969

I dont mine topping up abit more for a good system.

Lastly before i forget, i use this system to download and watch movie/anime. Play some online game with my fiends (Rappelz/Iris and etc).
