Advice on 4.5k gaming rig

Hey guys, would appreciate any advice you can give. Thinking of building a new gaming rig to replace my 7 years old PC LOL! My budget is around 4-4.5k. Willing to push up til 6k if need be but my needs don't seem to require that much.

I will mainly be playing WoW and the upcoming D3. Would like to run something like Skyrim as well but if not at full specs, doesn't matter. Just hope for no lag.

Anyway here's what I was thinking:

I have no clue about mainboards! SSD is a must for me. But not sure which brands. I read good things about Crucial but they are hard to find on the forums. I am also currently using a 21.5" Samsung HD monitor and wondering if an LED is better for gaming. Open to suggestions. Hopefully still got money to buy a nice Razer mouse and nice keyboard after the above setup...
