Hi,

I have started up a Limited Liability Company (LLP/PLT) in 2015 for my part time business to work from home. It has operated for a few months in 2016 and unfortunately due to personal reason, I have no capacity to continue the business. The PLT has been dormant since the end of 2016 until now.

No debt, asset or liability.

Submission of the yearly Annual Declaration and PT form.
