Edicier C3 problem... help me... =(

My Edifier C3 faulty when i play music i open the volume 30 the satellite got some buzz sound and make the music not clear enough. i try max the volume it going worst. is it the cable problem or amp problem ? when i plug my satellite to other speaker is works well... can somebody help me solve the problem ?
