To my knowledge in bank negara regulations forex trading in malaysia is illegeal. However i've been approached by introducer brokers who claim that it is legal as long as you put your money overseas.

Hi, I'm curious as to why people invest in property? Just getting some insights and see if anything interesting pop ups

So far the reason that i know are as followings:
1) high ROI, high RISK
2) it is a tangible asset
3) rental income / passive income

feel free to comment as i'm still new and want to learn more
