Need help from Network sifus...L3 & L2 switch

I am currently propose a network diagram as below, in this diagram, i will need to setup 6 VLANs for each departments, roughly 10 hosts per VLAN.

For security concern, I want each traffic from internal LAN users to be route to firewall first before forward to internal servers.

However, the L2 switch has only 48 ports which is not enough to place 6 VLANs, so I am thinking to place another 2 VLAN, which is vlan 50 and vlan 60 to L3 switch.

Now, I'm wondering is this kind of network design will allow user from VLAN 50 and 60 route directly to internal server and bypass the firewall?

Hope you can provide me some advise! Your help is very appreciated!
