Mod, i want to suggest how about you guys create a new sub-forum specifically regarding English Education. You know the grammar and bla-bla thingy. As we use English as the medium in this forum, why not we try to improve our Communication & Comprehension (at least for someone with so-so English level like me) in Standard English as long as the uniqueness of Manglish.

Loan payment using ASB/ASW dividend

Guys. Need your opinion. Let's say i have RM200k. I put it in my ASB and i want to buy house. Let's say the ASB/ASW Dividend + Bonus is around 10% per annum.
The question is should i buy the house and pay the downpayment & after that 1st year payment (lump-sum 12 mths) when the installment start and sign agreement with the bank and they take the money from my ASB Dividend + Bonus (10%x200k = rm20k = RM1666.65/mth) for the house installment for 2nd year onward?
Or any other better idea? Thank you

Diploma Holder to Master's Degree

Guys, i'm turning 30 by end of this year. i want to go for MBA if possible as last time i checked with the MQA (LAN) the minimum age requirement for Diploma Holder to jump for Master's Degree is 30 yrs old. Just want to check what type of examination that i have to pass. Any experience about this exam, anyone? Thank you

Guys, anybody know about ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System. A friend of mine want to get it fast to fulfill the CIDB requirement to process the SPKK Class A. Any suggestion? As long as it is from Certified Body, it should be ok. Thanx.

Hi there. I just bought a pre-loved Toyota Land Cruiser Model: HZJ80R-GCMRS Engine=1HZ 4.2 Diesel

The problem is the Blinking Signal inside RPM Meter area. This symbol keep blinking a few days ago. Is it something to do with the Timing-Belt or else. Please enlighten me.
