If new car downpayment cash can give 15k

Any brand
4 door car
AT is my choice
1.5L/1.3L (which is better need advise.diff 1.3L and 1.5L not only the L but insurans?can any one give a value to me refer?)
Low FC
Low maintain
Not mini car

Use for vacation( like genting )

Not city drive
HOw about HOnda civic 1999?insurans expensive?
