Reasons: Contractor dont have ladders and keep using my ikea plastic bar stools as ladders, they removed the shelves from the built-in tv cabinet in my room to fix the plaster ceiling. My ex was living in this house that i am taking over now so hence there are a lot of common things that he left behind for me to sort out, to return to me, to throw, or to give away, one of them being the Yokomo remote control car i got him years ago and now missing even though i saw it in one of the rooms that i told the contractors not to enter. Also missing are some clothings, bags and luckily for me, my X-Mini speakers ( that i was using but forgot to take back on the first day of the renovation ) was missing but found wiht dirt encrusted. The contractors keep insisting their workers dont steal. So, James and vincent are thieves as well as CONtractors.

I have never had a good contractor, hence, I just sacked mine. So, now I am looking for someone to complete the tiling work in my small bathrooom. I am going to paint the internal house myself to avoid anymore contractors. I wish i can do the tiling work myself... sigh.

I paid deposit for the ASX and even that hv to chase him down to accept it, once he was at lunch.. lol. Now that the car loan is approved I had to call him after 2 days no words from him. Obviously I never had to deal with a car sale person before, my other half dd all that, but this is one purchase that elaves a sour taste in my mouth.
