HOSTS file in Domain Server

Hi, how can I make the local server's DNS services to load it's HOSTS file before going for streamyx's DNS?

In theory, the request will looks for HOSTS file before it looks for DNS entry, however I want client to look for local server's DNS then streamyx DNS.

The flow will be something like this:
Client Request > Local Hosts File > Local DNS (Server) > Server Hosts File > Streamyx DNS

I don't want to update each local client for thier HOSTS file, quite troublesome for 20 pcs.

Or I just go for Logon Script?
