HD detected but didn't show up in My Computer

I have a portable laptop harddisc, when it is plug in, u can hear the sound fr window that the HD is detected, but when i go to my computer, somehow it din show up. the harddisc also did not show up at disc management.

Hey guys
before this i'm playing FIFA07 with samsung 793DF with the resolution set at 1024x768,there is no problem and the game can run smoothly without lag

after i changed my monitor to dell 1707FP and play FIFA07 with the exactly same setting,my game become lag.....

is it because of the monitor that my game become lag?
can u guys help me?

everytime i click a torrent file it will come out a message saying that URL is blocked
izit possible that my housemate is blocking me to dl these files?
