LLB law transfer programme UKT

HI everybody, I'm a 2nd year student LLB in Malaysia who is going to UK for my 3rd year but i still can't make up my mind about which uni should i choose. Currently my preferred choices are Cardiff, Liverpool and Hull. Regardless of ranking and requirement, i would love to listen from you all (especially seniors from those university) about the environment and the education policy they used. From what i heard, liverpool receive a greater positive view among them. ( less stressful, provide a more helpful tutor, cheaper lifestyle etc.) Anyway, opinion from you all would be appreciated.
A-levels pathway to law or chemical enginnering?

Hey guys ,i'm new to this forum since i just searched about a-levels thing and this forums pop out of the Google search.....About my results :

BM A-
BI B+
BC B
Bio A
Che A+
Phy A
PM A
Math A+
Add Math A+
And i get my 1119 for 5C
(Because i'm a chinese and our school's students must take chinese subject too)

So here's the question:
I've been interested in law since a few months ago and i did actually found out that LAW was categorised in arts stream but that's not the important thing.
The problem is my sciences subject are quite good enough but it would be a little waste if i go A-levels law.My second choices are chemical engineering since my chemistry are not bad too.So what is the better choices for me :law or chemical engineering?I heard that to good in law, your English must be very powerful, but see for yourself my English are B+(Usually in my school exam i got al least A- or A but......)
SO if i wan go law, what is best A-levels college for law and what is the A-levels subject need to be consider for law degree and contrastly for chemical enginerring too ?
Also , i live in Butterworth ,Penang so if the college are located nearby these region then it would be more convenient for me too.
HELP SOS!!! Because i really don't know what to do either I'm in dillema.
If you see this post of mine ,please kindly post out your comment and state some colleges that can help me to pursue my tertiary education!!!
