Background story

Live in KL,
neighbour move out selling property to developer,
developer renovate house with feature/swimming pool,
puts on market for rent only (but very high price, around kopitiam 'monthly' salary),
house untenanted for years.

Present story

Pool dirty mozzies numbers in area increased, report to PM of developer,
They added 3 small fish (not sure koi or what), but even now still alot of mozzies,
Dengue/ Zika on high,

made a report to DBKL, they ask for developer number,
don't know if saman issued or not, but few months passed (saman is insignificant to the rental to be collected)

Now everytime i eat dinner, door open or not, also got mozzies,
get out house, water garden will have 5+ bites even if i killed more than 8 around me.

before all this I can eat in peace, water garden with no dancing around etc, now daytime 11am also got mozzies around me.

Now Zika in Malaysia,
everyday have to light mozzie coils around house (8 coils per day), house smell like Chinese temple

Household not yet have any dengue case yet

Question

Is it self justifiable if I were to eg. throw a bottle of used cooking oil/used engine oil into the pool?
will I have problem with polis/dbkl/etc?

Really tempted to do it since dah tell developer/property agent/DBKL

Just want to know what could go wrong.

Note that the car was never serviced anywhere else other than official SC at PJ and Glenmarie.

Long story short,
I really questioned the skills of their Peugeot foreman as well as managers

1) While servicing, they scratched and engine's internal component alot, Radiator fins are damaged as if it was tossed on the floor and banged with a hammer. (most laughable experience is when they fixed the cracked moonroof due to stress, they cracked the main windshield and blamed it on us for cracking it, in their own SC Glenmarie, without driving the car or even starting it). No care was taken while working

2) Attention to detail, they serviced the car, and they left out the battery tray and battery holder, who knows what else bolts they missed while tearing down other components (turbo, bearing etc). Don't double check items replaced?

3) The manager tidak apa attitude, No a/c = normal, car warning sign on = normal can drive, check engine light = normal can drive, airbag faulty = normal, overheat = blame weather; when asked how can normal, they answer car 2-3 years old, problem sure come. problem is that since 1st year got problem already. Basically car problems in out workshop 3-4 times a month is considered normal.

In out service center really annoys me and I decided to go to the extent of removing the 3008's battery (very tricky to remove).
I'm glad I caught out this, and could add to the growing number of evidence that could be used against peugeot.

When asked why front glass cracked after service, they showed this, saying 'glass cracked before service'; do note that they usually draw on official repair paper on top right side, marking all damages before taking in the car. This is a simply last min draw on scrap paper remarks. Important

A car with a history n personality or just lauzy SC that is trying to make a quick buck?
Really don't know what to do with this car. (I can't wreck it like the Jeep videos though)

Main aim :
To power a 275 watt indecent bulb as a heater

Question
Can I use a normal table lamp that is rated 60 watts, But add a E27 to E27 ceramic/porcelain adaptor to the table lamp plastic socket?

Will it be safe to operate for at least 2-4 hours?
(I know operating a 275 watt bulb on a 60 watt rated lamp is a bad idea, as the heat generated will melt the socket.)

Or will I be better off to make one from scratch, plug>thick wire>ceramic E27 socket> 275 watt bulb?
