Lawyer neeeded, Tenant Not Paying and Not Leaving

Dear all sifus, i have a very difficult tenant who is currently renting on my landed house, 3 months hasnt been paying, electrical bill usage till rm4000, water rm500, and worst i cant chase him out. Reported police but that is not helping.

Removed TNB meter, yet he can still connect the wires and continue using it illegally. Same to the water. And i believe he can still stay there comfortably for a long time. Any ideas how should i deal with this tenant? Any good lawyer to refer?

Dear all sifus, i just bought a new pc, core I3 with Gigabyte GA H55M S2H motherboard. Installed windows XP. Once i inserted the onboard drivers CD into the cdrom, it just takes forever to load. Then after a long time, an error msg saying something about the Active X in IE is not allowing it to load due to security reason.

i tried to lower the security setting in IE but cant, how now? highly appreciate any advises on this matter! thanks!

Hi, I have been to the club for 8 months now and for personal reasons, I'd like to cancel my membership. Has anyone done it before? Just found out it is very hassle for the cancellation procedures and have to pay a fee up to RM800 for it, is it true? Please advice, thanks.
