Contra Trading

I thought contra trading is not risky, but not want to risk the money.
Let's say if the loser were to make a capital loss on a contra trading. he would end up paying the capital loss and not the whole capital?
eg. the loser bought $1950 worth of stock, when the market dips and he decided to put a stop loss and sell the stock at $1900. Assuming no brokerage fee, he will be liable for just $50 and not the initial capital($1950)?
second question: if the loser's stock were to be suspended by Bursa, and after realising he has made ten contra transaction on the very same day, what is the total amount he is liable to pay in cash to the bank?

Change trading balance

Does anyone know how to change the trading balance that is limiting your purchase of shares. Now that I fail to find the button for that and thus couldn't buy shares that exceed RM5000 in a single transaction. The market is going up and losing that opportunity. but that's not concerning me now. Can anyone help me pls? thanks in advance.
