Recommend Budget rm500 wireless headphone

Currently using audio technica ATH-GDL3 open back headphones for 4 years. Cable are a bit damaged now, sometimes left / right speaker has no sound until I wiggle the cable a bit.

Maybe soon it'll be totally gone.

Looking for a wireless headphones similar to the one i'm using. only closed or open back headphones, can't use earbuds.

I wanna try headphones that's more bassy than ATH-GDL3, don't need noise cancelling (my place quite quiet), budget RM500 or below.

Steam purchase with credit card

Hi guys, I've been using my maybank credit card for quite some time and was able to use it to buy a lot steam games last year. I'm quite frustrated now because recently they keep blocking steam purchases that I have to call (5th times this year) every f**king time to unblock the transaction, very very annoying.

Got any other bank's credit card that didn't block steam purchases or it's the same to other bank ?

Unifi and Hypptv bandwidth

I recently just installed UniFi in my house. I discovered that whenever hypptv is on, my internet speed leeched off somehow. Saw a lot threads saying hypptv is supposed to be a separate stream than my internet.

I am subscribing 30mbps UniFi package. My current router is DIR-850L provided by TM. My setup is slightly different but i assume it shouldn't leech off my internet since IPTV Vlan is different than internet. My DIR-850L router have 4 LAN port, the 4th LAN port is assigned for IPTV signal. This port is connected to a router functions as a bridge to project WiFi signal to my Hypptv at 2nd floor of my house. Configured the hypptv box to use this wifi for iptv signal and tested able to watch the channels properly. I have tried to plug into the other 3 LAN port, the hyppTV is unable to stream anything, which is intended.

Then, I go try speedtest with hypptv on streaming HD channel, 10mbps is leeched off or just not optimum speed ? Upload is not affected though. I confirm that there are no other device is leeching the internet.

Below is the statistic feature in the DIR-850L router that shows internet speed. Is this accurate? It seems to eat ~2000kb/s constantly when hypptv is on.

Wifi Repeaters

Hey guys, i have a weird network issue. I'm connecting to a modem (UniFi) at my house living room via 100m LAN cable that i have bought to my room PC. 50m is not enough to route to my room sadly. I suspect is the cable too long, sometime I experience random disconnection (went to X, then identifying, then back to normal). So after a few research and friend's recommendation, I decided that wifi repeaters would be the best solution for me.

Ideal setup would be Modem Wifi > Wifi Repeater > LAN to my PC.

Because that modem is not mine, and that modem only have 2.4Ghz Wifi band, should i buy a 5Ghz or 2.4Ghz enough?

And what model to buy to best suit my situation?

A small history
We were once players from a private server (no money to buy sub ), and our previous WoW gaming group were disbanded due to CNY event in a few years back. Until recently, an anime (Log Horizon, i recommend ppl to watch it) which nostalgically reminds us of the memories of our past raiding experience in WoW back to Wrath of the Lich King expansion. So one of us decided to go on the journey once again to experience the fragments of the past, but he is not alone! He basically invited me and another friend to play as well, and were hooked up since then until now. So, basically we are still quite new to the new expansion, but we have the skills and strategies like a veterans.

Right now we formed a guild, to raid with other people, to get the epic loots, or to have a chit-chat even. So i've decided to post this guild recruitment here for Lowyat gamers, to help both veterans or newbie on the massive World of Warcraft!

As topic, what telco service in msia have the cheapest LTE subscription mobile internet plan? so far i only know that maxis have LTE but not sure which plan that have LTE speeds. or is there any other cheaper plans of other telco services in msia?

P/S: is there anyone have an updated info on throttled speed of various telco in msia after internet quota has reached?

as topic..

as my old pc is celebrating it's 7-years anniversary, i wanted to give my parents use this pc as their laptop is getting out of date to play those *quite* graphic intense facebook flash games, and as a main pc for storing downloaded/media files.

my main purpose is gaming, and some graphic renderings(photoshop, illustrator, coreldraw). mayb not planning to SLI or OC but see price reasonable or not. budget around rm2k-rm3.5k (reserving rm500 for monitor, mouse, keyboard, speaker etc)
i wanted this pc to last long enough, mayb like 5 years or so as i lazy to upgrade on the go. i know this cant really predict but try to suggest the best as u can.

Optional: speaker jus a decent one will do, not too strong bass coz my room is jus beside my parents room, duwan kacau them slp, mostly mayb night time use headphones which i had one myself.

i'm tired of keep buying new modems/routers again and again , first my d-link died , then my prolink , then now tm's zyxel router oso got prob. (not to mention firmware limitation, dumb tm.. )

Need recommendation on new router that can tahan lama! (24/7)
Prefer budget below rm200 (if got better which cost rm200 above will still consider)
Mostly used for online gaming, no torrent.

Anyone experienced frequent auto-restart with TM's zyxel p-600 router? no matter it's day time or night time, it just auto restart on its own, RANDOMLY. sometime can have 2 days won't restart, but sometimes 15 mins also restart..

Is it a defect router or it's overheating? i touched the modem, it's not very hot also..

i tot of customizing my desktop.. WITH ANIMATIONS

any desktop customization software that allows interactive animations? OR i shud ask is this even possible?
i tried non-interactive, static animation. i wanna try interactive, looping animations.

example,
there's a button on the desktop(software shortcuts), i click > animated expansion of the category (and animation looping)
it's kinda like flash object on websites, but i wanna do it on desktop.

might sounds confusing, but u get the idea (i hope ).
