Hi,

I have a iphone 8 with ios 12.1.2, enable 4G but always present 3G.

Earlier i think that digi problem but when i check with my colleague who have the same phone model, ios and same provider, his one got 4G.

I trying to remove sim card, disable sim pin, restart, reset network but still the same.

I notice that his phone enable 4G function got option with off, voice&data or data only. But mine only a switch button to on and off.

Can anyone advise?
