Details of the complaint :

[19 Feb 2013] Payment of RM610 made to CIMB account.
[20 Feb 2013] Claimed item was posted via pos laju.
[22 Feb 2013] Item did not arrive. Pos Laju verified tracking number was not used.
[23 Feb 2013] Buyer confirmed he will be coming to Penang on 4 March for COD.
[4 Mar 2013] Buyer said he is already in Penang.
[5 Mar 2013] Did not show up at promised COD location.
[5 Mar 2013] Replied via PM that he will refund by noon. All methods of trying to contact seller was futile.
[8 Mar 2013] Still no reply from seller.

Note on Earth's Best Cereals and Gerber Organic Cereals:
The Earth's Best cereal packaging is pretty simple (same goes to Gerber Organic). The cereal is directly placed in the paper box. There is no separate packaging (like plastic bag or aluminum bag) for the cereal before packing inside the paper box. However, the box is properly sealed with transparent plastic cover. You will see some cereal residue within the transparent plastic cover. The packing is similar to Gerber cereal box if you have seen it before.

Thus it's best to keep the cereal in an airtight container once the box is opened. Some buyers do not like this type of packing. That's why it's better that you know the fact upfront. Some customers changed to Happy Bellies (like a 400g milk powder aluminum can) due to the packing.

Note on Super Puffs:
The plastic container of Super Puffs has a clear plastic lid that seals the container. Once the lid is opened, I would advise the user to pour the content (puffs) into an airtight container to avoid catching more moisture from the air due to high humidity in Malaysia weather. The container may or may not need to be stored in fridge and should be safe to consume within a couple of months. The crunchiness should be well maintained. Just my personal point of view.

**Caution on Teething Biscuits:
- Feed baby in a sitting position to reduce the risk of choking.
- Please watch your child closely at mealtime and snack time. Never leave your child unattended.
