Problem with Sony Malaysia

I have doubts in the repair staffs in Malaysia. This statement has arise due to the fact that I have spent numerous trips to the service center yet nothing has been done to solve the problem but on the other hand, it has worsen things.

I have sent in my PS4 to The Curve Service Center on 28 November 2015 with job status no. J50043193 and the problem that i have raised is the PS4 loop to safe mode but with no detected auto shut down. So on 7 December 2015, I received a sms stating that my console is ready for collection in The Curve. I went on the same day expecting that I could finally use my PS4 but luck was not on my side as the problem was worsen. This time, the console loop to safe mode and instantly shut down. I brought it back again on 9 December 2015, sending it back again to service center in The Curve with job status no. J50044824. Yesterday, I received a sms again stating that my PS4 is ready for collection. I went and collected yet the same outcome arise. I wonder what these repair staffs are doing, the disappointment of a problem not being solve twice. This is perhaps ridiculous. The hassle of traveling all the way there for 4 times and yet not getting the problem solve is totally unacceptable. Thus, I am writing in here to ask for a better solution to my problem or perhaps Sony Malaysia's problem. Apple can solve a serious problem immediately by replacing a new device, I hope Sony can do their part in solving Sony's service staff problem rather than me going to the service center again but yet get the same outcome.

Other than that, I also have the lousiest customer service I encountered in The Curve yesterday. I ask the service personnel on the part changed but the service personnel did not even bother about it and just ask me to sign and take my PS4 away. By the way, I cherish my console and seeing how the service personnel sign the job certificate on top of my PS4 is so unprofessional. Are the service personnel train to do this ? Is this a practice ? By the way, I have called the technical service hotline 1300881233 and service personnel ask me to email to cic.sosma.ap.sony.com. I have ask numerous times whether this address is right and he insisted is correct but I just fail to send.

Please rectify ASAP

This is my rant on Sony Service Center. Anyone else have faced my situation before ?
