my company is replacing old office server and they hire someone to handle the installation, i was abit shocked to see how much we are being charged... 8gb ram RM1000????

update :
turns out our management did have open tender and have multiple quotations, but we specifically ask to quote T150 with latest gen CPU and this guy came up with a slightly lower price than others so we chose him, but in the end during installation he gave us T40 which is a discontinued entry level server and invoice us T40 at the T150 price that he quoted hoping we did not notice...WTF man

email hosting so expensive?

hi,
first of all im not very good at programing or web designs so please bare with me...my company website was design by a web developing company 5 years ago and this company charge us RM1.1k every year for email hosting+web hosting with free domain renewal...they gave us something called cpanel to manage the web and email but for some reason my email keep getting spam and always exceed the disk usage which is only 1gb...the company never warned us that if the disk usage is full i will get error and could not delete emails...i have to buy more limit to access the cpanel file manager to free more space...this is wat they offer me:

1) Extra Email Hosting 2GB @RM580.00 per year

2) Extra Email Hosting 5GB @RM680.00 per year

3) Extra Email Hosting 10GB @RM980.00 per year

4) Extra Email Hosting 20GB @RM1980.00 per year

do i really need to spend this much for the extra space for email hosting??

since our finance minister annouce the first home buyer duty exemption..i am planning to buy myself a home,my budget is around 800k-1m.

i was looking at City Residence opposite island plaza, there is a seller offering me 900k for 1250sf tower A middle floor....what do u guys think...is it worth it? or is there anything bad i should know about this property? feel free to give me a better recommendation also...

btw, there is mall below the condo but looks kinda empty...are they planning to do anything there?
