Rencana Royale in TTDI - Still Not Yet Open?

Hello. I always pass by this Rencana Royale as I need to take the Penchala Link to my home in Puncak Alam. Each time I pass by, I still see this Rencana Royale property under construction. It is progressing but very slow.

Just wondering, anyone here bought this property? I wonder what happen to all those people who bought this property like 2 years ago thinking it would be open in 2023 or 2024. It's now 2025 and it still hasn't publicly opened yet.

Can the buyers seek compensation because the developer is seriously behind schedule?

Offer from Brunei BIBD Bank

Hi,
Apparently I am offered to work in a Bank called BIBD (Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam) and the pay is 6K Brunei Dollar but it is a 2 year contract job. I have never been to Brunei and have never worked as a contract staff before. All my past and current employments have been permanent position for job security.

So I am not sure if I want to take it as I am also married and may need to leave my wife and 1 child.

I am also wondering if anyone here has taken a contract job in Brunei and how is the life there? Is there a work life balance? Is the pay sufficient for rental of apartment? Is the cost of living there high? How do you commute from your residential area to the work place? Do you need a car or is there such thing as Grab over there?

Appreciate the assistance and tip. Thanks.

I been selling on Shopee for years and suddenly I receive this in my e-mail. FYI, I bought this movie off Amazon for someone but turns out that person already has the movie so I decide to sell it on Shopee.

Item is new and sealed and certainly original but I got this in my email :

Your product TOKYO STORY CRITERION COLLECTION NEW SEALED has been suspended due to Intellectual Property Rights Infringement.

And my item was immediately delisted like I did something wrong.

What is this happening suddenly?

This is not a fake item. It's a criterion collection. Does that mean I need a license to resell this item? That doesn't make sense at all!

Diablo III resets your quest.

I just started playing Diablo III and already at King Leoric then thought of doing it the next day as It was already late. Next day I try to play Diablo III, my mission is back to the first mission. But my level and weapons still exist. Did anyone experience this? How to revert back? I don't want to play from the beginning. Played for almost 8 hours back to back. Even my level and weapons still there but I don't want to play from the beginning. Can anyone tell me how to get back? Even my checkpoints are all gone.

Just came back from an interview with Bank Pembangunan. Would like to know anyone here has worked with them before?
Although it's a Tier 2 Bank (The Interviewer admitted), but seems like Bonus is great. 3 Months fix but usually it goes up to 5 Months of Bonus.
