i noticed i have terrible mood swing few days before my period knock the door. Sometimes i just feel like to be alone and doesnt want to social with anyone Is there any ways to minize it..or does anyone undergo the same situation like me? mind to share with me thanks.. * appreciate*

Bad experience at the hair expert shop

Last week i went to miracle hair expert for a treatment cox i bought a cheap deal from mydeal. Moreover my hair keep dropping and dendruff too. So when i reached they helped to scan my scalp . That's my nightmare began. I have oily scalp and also dendruff. So tht's why my hair keep on dropping. So as i expected they asked me to buy their hair product including the tonic. Problem is im just a fresh grad and i dont have a good financial. What makes me annoyed most was the manager ,she kept promote and pushy (with a loud voice) me to buy 2 tonic instead of one (like a sales girl instead a consultant). In the end i spent 300 +...There goes my$$$ fly away.
Problem is if they approached me nicely and friendly i'll consider. Dislike the service given by them and i doubt that they have undergo for a proper training .
Even during my consultation, she spoke so freely without closing the door for privacy wise. ( girls are shy to let ppl know you have hair loss problem especially on the 20s)
Now i still thinking of going bck to review ..mostly nope! (gonna banned it)
SO now i'm using their products and if it is not working ..i need you guys to recommand me the good ones and affordable ones for my future use.
