DNS server not responding

Hi guys, I've moved to a new place recently. The owner had to reset the wifi password because he forgot it, and now I can access the wifi network but I cannot access the Internet. Instead, I got an error from Chrome saying that the DNS server is not responding.

Is there any way I can figure this out? The router model is a D-Link DIR-615, thanks a million.
