New Jaya Grocer

Hi All,

Just heard that Jaya Grocer just signed with the developers of Plaza Jelutong, will be opening one there. Also know that inside the complex there are a few shops available for sale, wonder if this is going to be like in Empire. The place was kinda quiet and looked like it could be a failure, mostly due to bad building design, but location seems really good. Now Jaya Grocer signed, and heard that next to sign will be Harvey Norman. Also there is a boutique hotel coming up soon.

Is this a good opportunity to get in while the information is still fresh? The shops there don't really look that expensive, around 1mil for 2 story shoplot.

Advice please.

New Ecoparadise Japanese Rejuvenation

We are proud to let you know there's a new Ecoparadise Japanese Rejuvenation Centre, opening in Bukit Jelutong, this coming Sunday 11th December 2011. Starting at 10am, there will be food and drinks, open day information session with our Japanese principals, and Q&A.
What is Ecoparadise? It is a special hotbed treament with materials fully imported from Japan that deoxidises the body to allow our cells to rejuvenate and heal very quickly. It is a good treament to compensate for our modern lifestyle and its related illnesses such as high blood pressure, stress, diabetes, cholestrol etc

The process is very simple, when you enter our centre (family downstairs, women only upstairs), you will be issued a yukata, a towel, a hand towel and a water flask. You will then go to change in our changeroom equipped with your own locker. You then lie down on a hotbed (heated special tiles on the floor) for a minimum of 20 mins, and a maximum of 45 mins. You will experience a temperature that is above 43 degrees, as according to Japanese research, cancer cells die at that temperature (don't worry, it is not stuffy or unbearable, actually quite comfortable).
After that you will cool down, then go have a shower and change back to your normal clothes. All this from as low as RM21 per session.

OPENING SUNDAY 11th DECEMBER 2011
ECOPARADISE JAPANESE REJUVENATION CENTRE BUKIT JELUTONG
B19, Plaza Jelutong (opposite KFC)
5C Persiaran Gerbang Utama, Bukit Jelutong
Shah Alam
Tel: 03 7832 0211

Information, opening specials, Q&A, food and drinks, from 10am.

Hope to see you there!
