Do goverrnment hospital have laser scar removal?

Hi there, I was wondering if there any government hospitals who provide laser scar removal services? I have two marks on my face that are the result of very bad drug allergy. They're quite big and I've tried many creams to remove it but my doctor told me the best is still laser. Unfortunately, I'm still a student and I can't afford to pay a lot for private clinics.

Sleeping problems

So I'm recovering from depression and anxiety. Not on medication anymore. So far, I feel my brains are less foggy than before but I still have bad sleeping problems. My sleep isn't restful at all, I have very very vivid dreams and end up waking up super tired even with 8 hours of sleep. I have classes from 8am to 6pm and I can't afford to miss class or feel exhausted. I've missed my 8am classes due to horrible sleep and not being able to wake up even with 6 alarms.

Not sure how to fix this, I don't think melatonin is available in malaysia. Can anyone recommend a 'sleep doctor' or anything in KL?

Where can I volunteer to teach refugee kids?

Hi there, I recently applied to volunteer at UNHCR but they're not looking for anybody at the moment. I want to volunteer to teach Maths/English/Computer skills to kids or even adults (doesn't matter if they're refugees or rural etc) during weekends. I live in Sungai Long but it's possible for me to travel around Selangor/KL. Do you guys have any places in mind? Thank you very much

TNB bill fluctuate every month

hi guys, so 5 of my friends and I moved into this house in Sungai Long. The house has 4 air cond units but only 3 are used. Even then, they're only on during midnight for a few hours. There's only one person in the house during the day, so TV and all that isn't used that much.

Somehow our bill spiked like crazy.
Like July: RM670
August: RM 350
September: RM 650+
October: Rm300 (now only remaining 4 people, it's still damn high cos now only 2 rooms use air-cond at night.)

The landlady said when they used to stay there (and use the air conds for more than 8 hours) the max bill is still RM300 only. The neighbours say their bill doesn't exceed RM200 either. these families also kuat use air cond and heaters.

We got a non-TNB technician to check and he said there's nothing wrong with our meter and our bill shouldn't exceed RM450 (at max levels)

But TNB insists that they didn't read the meter wrongly and our bill really is that 'unstable'.

I'm not really sure what to do other than to pay off everything. stressful cos we're only students and forking out RM100+ for electricity every month is too much.

Is there any long term solution to this? Did this happen to you guys before?

I got picked for 2nd batch and I'll have to register this Sunday. I REALLY need to defer this because college starts in June and I actually went to register at my college but they told me to come back NEXT Saturday, the 21st to register and to get the offer letter [admin problems WTF]. and no, i didn't register before because well, i live in ipoh and the college is in penang, so i needed my parents to take leave blah blah.

anyway, I guess i'll only send my deferring letter next week with the offer letter. I AM SO FLIPPING SCREWED, right? will they come after me or something?

My SPM results are coming out on Wednesday (FML) and I plan to apply for A-levels at KDU Penang. Not the Damansara one cos' I'm on a self-fulfilling mission to live in Penang for a year
So my main question is how is it at the Penang campus? Are the lecturers good? Facilities, clubs etc etc.. If anyone knows the tuition fees, that would be awesome. I actually saw an old thread on this but it's I'm guessing it's pretty out of date so yeah...

I'd just go to the campus and ask them, but I don't live in Penang And I'd much rather have feedback from students. Thanks!
