Q: Can I know what is the best internet provider at my location?
I did a recent speedtest: dwnload: 0.39Mbps upload: 0.13Mbps
I'm using (tmnt) RM90 planning to upgrade 1Mbps??

I just wan a fair and relevant comments pls thank you =)
