which broadband is better ?

hi, i currently using Digi explore 10G. the few month after i bought, it ran very smooth and the speed was in average at 700kbps to 1.mbps . but after this february onward, my speed was turn into unstable n the speed drop until average 50kbps. i was now study and stay at kelana jaya, petaling jaya which the block next beside the klang valley highway. before february , my place still coverage under its broadband area, but now suddenly it did not under the coverage . i sign my broadband during last pc expo last year. therefore , they had offer me rebate of rm 30 per month for a year. therefore, my pack was decease from rm 108 to rm 78. i m a student , my hostel is not allow me to have streamyx or unifi. my home town is penang island.

i found out that yes was very fast n nice. but i heard some ppl said that because it is too fast ,i will finish it in short period. no worth.

about U mobile, i m interest about the UB68 with 5Gb. it quite similar to my current plan and it is cheap rm 10 then my current plan. but i m worrying that penang island dun have coverange for u mobile . that mean i gonna to use it only in KL here ?

i need some advice , thank you.
