Personal Home Tuition Rate

Hello everyone...

My question is pretty simple here..
I'm about to provide a home tuition base... New and without any teaching experience.
I wanna know what is the minimum/basic rate for personal home tuition?
I will drive to their place..

Information
1) Two kids age 5 & 7
2) Require to teach both of them at the same time
3) Subject covered - English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and Maths (4 subjects)
4) 2 session per week (1 1/2 hours per session). Total 8 session per month - 12 hours

Parents suggest RM 150 per person. Total RM300
Is It worth? Under rate?

My own opinion:
I wish to ONLY teach both kids 2 hours per week - total 4 sessions / 8 hours per month with the same rate. Reasonable??

I wish people out there with tuition experiences will give me relevant and genuine advices

Thanks
