Its been in my blood to do this job and i like it so much. But the problem is:<br />- Sometimes i have to work more that my time which is 9-6 but usually after 8 i can go back, sometimes even more like 10 or 11, but they dont give any allowance or OT pay for those extra hrs i worked.<br />- Then i also need to go site sometimes even weekend and i have to work usually more than 12hrs but the expense like fuel and food can claim only they dont give bonus or extra pay for this.<br />- The pay/salary is also consider low for a degree holder, btw im a fresh grad. <br />- My boss also like to scold his employee and expect all of us to know everything and usually curse if everything went wrong when its actually his fault and dont want to take the blame.<br /><br /><br />Can i just go back when its 6pm. Is it stated in Malaysian Labor/Employee Law that we can go back at given time?
