Problem details
First occurence of problem: first week flood in terengganu at December
Problem frequency: everyday everytime
Problem description:
Everytime I need to use internet or dsl light blinking non stop, I need to remove the handset from the cord phone or sometimes need to make some call (or miscall).
I already try direct connect modem without use splitter but if i do that, dsl link will still keep blinking non stop.
Also phone jack,splitter,all the cable is new. not a modem problem because new modem that I just bought give same problem also I always backup modem setting every month so not modem setting goes wrong. not my pc problem, disconnect the ethernet cable still result infinite dsl light blinking and I already scan with antivirus and anti malware. No one use wifi because I disable wifi at modem.
If this ever happen to anyone please tell me what you do/what technician do, thanks

Problem details
First occurence of problem: 13 june 2013
Problem frequency: when i connect telephone to splitter while/before using internet
Problem description:

without connect phone to splitter,my internet connection very smooth and no problem at all.
but when connect phone to splitter, internet connection will be very slow (even facebook page not fully loading).
already call help desk and they send technician to repair and they suspect it my modem problem. technician change my splitter and cable to new one.
is anyone here know what really the cause?is it bec i use google dns?no one connect to my wifi or any program in my pc downloading update/virus.

this start happen around 10 june
without using hotspot shield, my connection always keep timeout and if not the connection is really slow
even when play games i need use hotspot shield
is anyone know the solution?

i use modem riger db 108 wl with 1mb subscription

sorry if someone else already post about this bec i cant seem find about this

today i disable wireless at 192.168.1.1
but then i cant connect to internet even using cable bec some configuration also 'gone' such as streamyx id and streamyx password
so i enter the streamyx id and password at Smart config-PPPoE also enter SSID and network key all in Smart config-PPPoE menu
i even enable back wireless and manage connect to internet using cable
so yeah i not configure something else
but i cant connect to internet using wifi(its show private ip address) even at ps3 also cant connect using wifi(obtain ip address fail)
also, at moden diagnostic,1 test is fail (Test PPP server connection:FAIL )

is i doing something wrong here?or i forgot to reconfigure something?
