my friend is opening a budget hotel in PJ area. he needed advice to choose between

1) vinyl or laminated flooring

2) panasonic or midea air-con

any other brand or opinion is much appreciated.

need help in choosing water heater and cctv too. anyone have good service and reasonable price company to introduce?

went to SD off 2months ago and heard that the apartments is selling bout 550psf.. 1 unit bout 1k sf = 1 unit 550k??

jz opposite melati pv apartment n beside mrr2 towards ampang frm gombak.

From the plan.. SD plan to build a boutique mall, villa, bungalow, health centre........

worth to invest?? (apartment only as SD not selling the retail)
