Hi, need your advice at the last part.

I bought a Honda City E+ 2013 which comes with GPS Navigation system

The Map and GPS setting are located in a 4GB-size microSD Card.

early this yeat, The Favorites & Home address memory in the GPS System can't be saved suddenly but the whole navigation system still working.

I reported to SC and they replaced me a new card immediately then everything working properly.

few month ago it happened again.

I reported to SC last month (19/06/2014), SC has no card to replace but the card taken and sent to the GPS supplier (Alpine Malaysia) and SC told 1 week should be ready.

However SC failed to deliver accordingly, no further promise given at the estimated delivery time.

last week 11/7/14 (fri) i called to HONDA HQ Official Complaints and reported. Case is created. Takes 2 working days to investigate

14/07/14 (mon) Investigating
15/07/14 (tue) Holiday -
16/07/14 (wed) suppose to call me, but they didnt.
17/07/14 (thu) i called, the officer said my contact is invalid as they keyin wrongly. apology. this case need to pass to 2nd level, new officer will call me in 24 hours. Then she called me inform taking over the case. need 2 working days to investigate. I request to call me tomorrow update status.
18/07/14 (fri) she called, saying the person deal with Alpine Malaysia now in progress. She tried to SC to understand more but the person of SC is unavailable today.

Until today I still don't know when I could have the GPS feature back in my car as they did not promise anything.

Need you advice :

1. What can I do at this point rather than waiting to protect consumers' rights?
2。What can I do after they delivered the new card to after 3 months (or 6? 12 months ?)?
3. I am wondering if the car's part need to be claiming warranty , consumer only can wait till their luck arrives?
