Hi,

I just get info that my parcel (camera bag) being held by customs. I was 300km away from where it held, going to custom office is not an option. I read online that we can appoint the courier service as agent. I also having problem that I did not received purchase invoice, only on credit card statement (kickstarter).
Any tips how to clear my items? Thank you.

I am looking for ballhead (reasonably priced) for mirrorless camera probably my heaviest combo just over 1kg a bit..I been googling, so far found bieke - 03 ballhead.
Any member have experience with this ballhead? 2nd option probably jusino/

Phone camera cannot focus

HI guys,

I just notice that my Note 3 phone camera cannot focus, looks like the auto focus not function at all. I tried to google for the solution, but cannot find how to fix this. The auto focus seems stuck on close (macro) focus. Not sure if its hardware of software problem. I have install other camera app, even update the firmware (original) but did not solve the problem. Any solution for this that can be share with? Thanks in advance.
