What is max processing time for warranty claim?

OK, like this, I bought a headphone from a seller in Shopee. After 4 months, it doesn't work anymore. So, I contacted the seller and returned the item for a warranty claim. Once delivered, after a few days, I contacted the seller, and they said there was no update from their repair technician. Then, after 3 weeks, I asked them again, but still no update from the technician.

So my question is, what is the maximum repair/processing time for a warranty claim? I understand it could take a few months, but what's the maximum before I start reporting this seller to Shopee or complain to KPDNHEP?

I'm thinking of giving the seller a chance for 3 months, but I don't know.
Tbh, I don't want to be a**h*** spamming seller every week to ask for an update. I'm trying to be considerate here without getting scammed by the seller.
