            <description>&lt;u&gt;Broadband provider&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ISP/package: screamyx/1mb &lt;br /&gt;Location: ampang&lt;br /&gt;Have you called your ISP&amp;#39;s helpline?: yup.. stupid bugger..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Personal equipment&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modem: belkin 54g/linksys&lt;br /&gt;Router: &lt;br /&gt;Firewall used: windows vista&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Problem details&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;First occurence of problem: saturday&lt;br /&gt;Problem frequency: &lt;br /&gt;Problem description: &lt;br /&gt;connected to internet but cannot surf. tried both cable/wireless connection but still cant surf. disabled firewall for both windows and modem and antivirus. what else to troubleshoot to solve this. HELP&amp;#33;&amp;#33; Screamyx helpline don&amp;#39;t offer good advice lah.</description>

            <title>various problem with display</title>

            <description>I had a few issue with my monitor currently.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Sometime it can go blank (dark) for a few second and return to display the normal display after that&lt;br /&gt;2. it shows a lot of dots esp in and after a few minimize screen on the effected app, the dots gone away.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My Q is,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It there some wrong with my monitor or my GPU?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Note: monitor Sammy 226bw resolution native 1680 * 1050 with a 6600 gpu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;thanks.</description>
