Modem: belkin 54g/linksys
Router:
Firewall used: windows vista

connected to internet but cannot surf. tried both cable/wireless connection but still cant surf. disabled firewall for both windows and modem and antivirus. what else to troubleshoot to solve this. HELP!! Screamyx helpline don't offer good advice lah.

I had a few issue with my monitor currently.

1. Sometime it can go blank (dark) for a few second and return to display the normal display after that
2. it shows a lot of dots esp in and after a few minimize screen on the effected app, the dots gone away.

My Q is,

It there some wrong with my monitor or my GPU?

Note: monitor Sammy 226bw resolution native 1680 * 1050 with a 6600 gpu.
