[WTA] It's Regarding Instant Oat

Hey guyz,

A stupid question here ^^

I have been drinking Instant Oat Quaker brand the Blue colour packet one for 1 years. But the way i drink is just
add 5 spoon of oat + 1 spoon of Milo added together with warm water which is more close to cold water.

This morning I tried to mix with the same portion but instead of cold water, i mix with Hot water , i realise that the oat become more sticky which i think it should be taste this way instead of the taste which is not sticky when i mix with cold water.

Thus, my question here will be, if I mix it with cold water, the oat wasnt sticky type one and it's like more raw type one, will be still effective in absorb the cholesterol and lower down my cholesterol level? I means will it still be effective? Willl it cause any side effect?
