Budget Laptop

I'm planing to buy a budget laptop soon.
HP dv6-6c19TX, i7-2670QM + AMD HD7690M XT@RM3099
currently have promotion rm250 rebate+8gb ram+beg
should i buy this lappy or is there other better laptop?
i just want play latest game with as long is playable than mean no lagg medium to high setting
is hp dv6 beats sound just gimmicks?what the different between other sound system?
should I find full HD screen?or just stick with HD screen?what the different between them just resolution?
pls suggest me if there any better laptop.tq

I'm really interested in I.T but I cant decide between this 2 course Diploma in Information Technology or Business Administration.what the difference between this 2 course?which this 2 course math subject easy 2 learn?i'm really bad at math but I like I.T.can u guys help me pick the best course for me?or do you guys can suggest me other I.T course that learn less math subject or easier to learn.
btw,is MMU melaka nice?

I already have dell dimension c521
specs:
Processor: 2GHz Athlon 64 X2 3800+
Memory: 2GB DDR2
Storage: 60GB hard drive
Graphics: ATI Radeon X1300 Pro (256MB)
PSU : 280W

I want to upgrade to a new desktop that cost RM1000 or around
I want a gaming desktop that enough to play online games such as : Sudden Attack,Cabal Online,Maple Story and Counter Strike in High/Medium settings smoothly.

Any recommendations on the specs that I should get?
