Dell Inspiron 13 or Asus K40Ab?

Hi, I'm deciding which one to buy right now... Any opinion?

Basically I do not play games, so sometimes I think that the GPU in Asus K40Ab, might have no use at all.

But since Asus K40Ab is about RM300+ cheaper than Dell Inspiron 13, do you think it is better to get the Asus K40Ab?

Processor wise, of coz Dell 13 better, but it there is HUGE difference?

Scholarship to study in singapore?

I have looked thru lots of scholarships available such as stars, JPA, Hong Leong etc...
all of them offer scholarship to study in local private or government college/uni.
Currently I'm studying in singapore, coz i took up de merit award from ASEAN,
however it is really quite hard to live on there due to the high cost living...
I have to pay de hostel fee and living cost on my own... it is very expensive...
So, I wonder whether I can apply for those scholarship from private companies such as Stars, Hong Leong etc... n
IF(If only) i happen to be chosen, will there be any chance for me to continue study in Singapore?
Are there any scholarship to study in singapore for pre-u? I have been searching around for de whole day... but it seems all written "pre-u studies in local"
