Traffic Safety (Speed Bump)

Anyone know contact for road work contractor? I am looking into making speed bumps. The area I stay in Puchong is new and the road no speed bump.

A lot of cars and motorcycle speed in the taman road. Complained to MPSJ and the developer but not response. So have to take matter into own hand to make suitable speed bumps before another bad accident happens.

Please share with me contractor to make speed bumps (tar road type). Also anybody know the cost of a bump?

[Debate] Reserving Parking Spot

So I am an owner of a terraced house corner lot (refer to the property layout below)

What is your view on reserving the parking spot (in red) since it is right in front of my house by placing cones there. Reason is to provide a parking spot for my guest or sometimes my own cars if I just want to stop by home for awhile.

Is it right or wrong?

I personally feel that is it not a problem since the parking spot is technically in front of my house therefore the person with priority to use it should be me.

Hi I am a first time house buyer. I would like to know how to negotiate a subsale property price? What were your experiences?

I found a few suitable houses which I am interested in. So I started with research on the prices of houses being sold in the neighborhood by searching through property sites like iproperty, propwall, property guru etc.

So I started to engage some agents with their ads on the website. I met two agents already when I asked for viewing they straight ask me what is my budget. I definitely can afford the property listed price but I can't reveal that because I will lose my bargaining power.

One agent I met before I can view the house the way he talk is if you want to view then you have to buy already because the owner won't reduce price. This is the first time I engaged this agent never met before.

Am I being played around by the agents?
