Looking for contractor to seal rat/pest entries

Looking for contractor who familiar with sealing holes/entries to prevent pest / rats from entering.
Hired pest control and catch the rat that was making a mess , but pest control suggest to hire contractor to seal the holes at roof and some other entry point on walls.

As the roof does not have sturdy structure to stand on (just plaster ceiling and some aluminum roof bars) , few local general contractors not willing to do the job and advised to look for either indon or contractors that familiar with these

please share if know any such contractors that wont cut throat for the job

Feet skin issue

My kid 7yo has been having some feet skin issue for quite some time.
Dry, rashness & slight itchy. A gp & skin specialist advice this is eczema. Been applying doc provided cream & OTC creams from eucerin, soaking with vinegar, slightly improved and comes again

Attached image, do any of your kids experienced the same? Any recommended remedy?

Sound in roof, suspect big animal

Been hearing loud noises from the roof, doesnt seems to be rat as when they un around, the sound very heavy.
I'm also scared to climb up and check, who can i call to check and capture or shoo it out ??

Bundle with kintons eco104 submersible pump and green hose (2ft)- hose is new (22/16mm diameter)
No media, but i could throw in few hundred grams of coral stone

Pump and trickle box age 6 months plus
Pump is very powerful, despite rating of 2000 lit/hour
I tested on my 3 ft tank and is a tad strong, for 4 ft just nice (was using on my 4 ft previously before i changed to canister filter), can also use on moderate size fiber tank

How to fix nonadhesive tile skirting

I have issue with crack walls and tile skirting popping out from wall. This is anbrick wall which i added to replace sliding glass door when i got the house 6 years back. I figured ill putty fill those crack walls but the tiles skirting have no idea what is the best way to fix. Is there any compound that i can apply on the crack lines without removing the tiles and re-cement and can sort of hold the tiles?
I do not have spare tiles of these anymore. I think i can easily pull out those tiles from the walls, but the tiles grout joint (cement) still sticking the tiles together firmly, so I'll have hard time putting very thin layer of cement and holding it if i were to pull ot out. Initially i thought it was just hairline crack where ill just putty the tile lining on top but it's moving.
This area is a low traffic area, so anything that can hold the tiles to wall with little quantity would work for me, please suggest. Best if something that can inject through the cracks and press it firmly back

Is something wrong with my 1 month old monitor. It was on screen saver for couple of hours, then i noticed the black shade at corner as per picture, i tried restarting monitor is also same. But after like 15 minutes, while i playing with different document color on screen, it appears gone.

Wondering if this is a norm.

Reviving dead power tool battery pack (12v)

I have an old 12v Skil cordless drill, not great but does the job for me. 1 of the 2 battery pack that comes with it is totally dead, no response when charge with given charger no matter how long i charge, there is no charging light.
The battery pack comes with multiple nicd 1.2v soldered in series, i thought of dismantling the batteries to charge on my Nitecore intelligent charger, but theres a problem. I do not have solder/spot weld to series it back later.

Since it's 12v, i thought of using my car battery charger to try revive the batteries. The drill charger has an output of 12v-14.4v 1.5A. My car battery charger has similar voltage output and up to 4A rms. So i tried intermittent 1 minute charge for few cycles with the battery charger. I didnt dare to charge continuously longer as not sure the condition of cells and i constantly feel the temperature if it's running warm or not. Throughout the charging cycles, battery is not warm at all, after 3 cycles of 1 minute charging, pop it back into the drill charger and it's alive and charging again.
*Pls ensure you connect the correct positive and negative polarity.

Actual process direct selling with outstanding loa

Want to ask what is the actual procedure /steps of selling car directly with outstanding loan?

From what i have gathered, after seller and buyer agreed on price and loan approved, below are steps:

1) seller obtain car geran from loaning bank
2) seller bring car for puspakom inspection (b5 & b7)- buyer or seller bear
3) cancel car insurance so buyer can buy new insurance and road tax
4) pass the puspakom documents & car geran when singing LOU with buyer's bank. Does the buyer bank side arranges the jpj ownership transfership?
5) pass the key

Did i missed any steps?

And also i have uncertainties on below matter:
a) since new process we cannot take deposit from buyer, what protects us seller in case buyer last minute withdraw even with loan approved?

b) how would i know if buyer had applied the correct amount of loan and deposit with bank prior me signing the LOU?

c) when will my current bank inform me if i need top up or their is excess balance from selling the car?

d) this is big doubt n concern for me? I heard even with direct selling, the process still need use dealer as middle man which means fees to be paid to dealer? Is this true and mandatory? If yes who bears these processing fees as it normally range few thousands

Looking for pediatric orthopedic for 2nd opinion on my 15month boy, went to general clinic , doc agree that there is a little bengkok but nothing can be done for that , and since he is walking normally so probably best leave it

We started noticing this when he started to walk, it became more visible that one of his leg is slightly not straight .......but he can walk, climb and jump as normal toddler. We googled that bowleg is common among babies and will gradually return normal as they start to walk, now on his 15 months, he has been walking for past few months and seems no improvement. We also limit his awkward seating position, knees bend aka japanese seating stylewhenever we see ( as we thought that might be the cause of it)

Hence appreciate if any one could share contact and experience on this, and also what are the consultation fees or treatment fee (if applicable)
