Empire SOHO Subang Jaya VS Centrio SOHO

My situation as below:
I would like to set up Small Office/Home Office due to my business which is in consultancy and selling fashion product. As I'm still single and require place to stay, both SOHOs fullfill that requirement.

My comparison is based on Empire SOHO and Triplex Centrio SOHO, both have pros and cons:
Example of pro:
Empire SOHO
1. Above Empire Shopping Mall (Potential Walk in Client and many place for eat, activities)
2. Freehold
....

Centrio SOHO
1. Nice design (have open deck), higher built up
2. Existing LRT just 2-5 minutes drive
3. Near to Mid Valley and KL City
...

I require your opinion about both SOHOs as I plan to buy one of it. I would like to ask which SOHO is good for investment, have potential to drive up my business and good living environment.. Only in my personal opinion, you can get better living environment with centrio and better potential marketing with Empire.

What you guys think? At least we are discussing about completed SOHO..
