[WTA] Trading with DAViS

I have known him to be a seller with not a bad, but 'hot' and arrogant temper and a bad reputation for after-sales services, but he is credible in his field.

While I am okay with that as the price he delivers is quite reasonable and I do see myself buying from him in the future I'd like enquire regarding the authenticity of his products before making bulk and large trades with him.

Has he ever had a history of selling counterfeit goods? We're refunds given in the case? I'd like thorough research of this seller as I'm planning to make some trades with him soon and I'd want to avoid being scammed as in most of his disputes refunds were never given.

Also, links to dispute cases thank you. I'm not so concerned about faulty but original devices and that's normal and can be resolved by warranty from company if DAViS is unwilling to help but I'd like to hear more or fake/pirated/imitated/counterfeit goods.

I mean no offence to DAViS as I would do the same enquiry with every seller I plan to make future trades with.

EDIT: I am aware that he is an authorised Casio seller (correct me if wrong) somI do not doubt his legitimacy but I'd like some confirmation and to hear from the people who have had bad experiences with him, as well as good experiences.

p.s. the casing and screen protector are both in bad conditions but the iPod underneath is still great.

I can take off the screen protector to show screen quality to serious buyers who don't want it.

Honestly if you just need a cheap(?) device to listen to music, surf the web I would go for it, especially if you don't have a wide budget. The build quality is still fantastic, but the hardware might be a little slow compared to the newer 5G version. I'd say the price is adequate for the value.
