            <title>Employer paying commission as cash</title>

            <description>Hi all,&lt;br /&gt;Story short, I&amp;#39;m a permanent staff receiving normal basic salary.&lt;br /&gt;On top of that, I receive commission but it is in terms of cash (not shown in payslip)&lt;br /&gt;My employer explained that it is for my benefit (LHDN)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Just want to ask what is the consequences for me (employee) &amp;amp; how employer benefits from this?&lt;br /&gt;</description>
