Just need some advice from all my friends here. I recently had an offer from HP to join them as L1 Unix CC.

The problem is now with my current company. I am working here around 10 months and doing well within this 10 months as their trainer. Now I'm afraid to tell my boss that i want to quit. So any advice for me to stay or to change ship?
