Looking for maid/babysitter

Hi !

Is there any way to hire a maid / babysitter to look after baby under my parent's supervision from 8am - 7pm from Mon - Fri. I don't wish to hire full time maid as I wish to look after baby myself at night and in the weekend ? Hope to get experience sharing from you all Thank you.
