I am looking for an App whether free or paid as long as it works..

An app that can insert sound/recorded voice clip from Voice Memo*..<<important

I found an app that is free which is SayPic
It allow u to record voice n insert to a picture but it turns the pic into a video format which u need to press play..I am quite fine with that but..

It doesn't allow u to insert pre-recorded Voice Memo u have recorded in you Voice Memo ..n only allow to insert some default sound available in that SayPic app..

Is there an app that can take recorded voice memo sound clip n insert it to a picture?

I have seen many video uploads of ppl recording Games they are playing on their phone....

I tried searching for one of those in app store typing stuff like Display recorder/screen recorder and so on...mostly are bunch of fakes...

is there any App either Free or Paid which is Legit Display Recorder and not some Normal Video Record using Cam...?

omg...what the hell I did....

I just purchase ip 6 with idigi 50 plan which comes with 2 gig quota..

all was fine...then I connect it to my pc ITunes to backup all the stuff I used to have on my old iphone...took a while..

after that I notice my internet speed seems down...I check the cellular usage.....it used 5.6 gig?...wtf?..I know I didn't off my 3g but....where the hell..how the hell the data went to...it shows I use xxx mb for this n that...

hmm for the past week or so....my uTorrent Speed (4mb steamyx) is very very slow....dling like less than 20kb per sec and very unstable keep dropping like crazy..

however...my direct dl speed remain stable n fast...but my torrent speed is like crap...yes some may say those torrent file have very little seeds and so on...but when i use some cafe internet the dl..the speed is very stable..

but when i dl at home...the speed is like crap...but The Direct DL speed is ok...

so..basically...my Torrent Speed=CRAP but Direct DOwnload Speed=Good/Normal.

what could be the problem...is not my Torrent Seeds thats for sure as i dl using other line is stable..
