Grinding noise when accelerate

Hello All,

I have been having this problem recently when whenever i accelerate in low gears i hear grinding noise coming from the front. This only happens on normal straight road. Going up the hill and S mode does not seem to replicate the issue.

Would you know whats the cause of this issue?

Its a Honda City 2010.
