hi all OC sifu out there. can help me to oc my rig? this is my 1st time want to try oc. can anyone teach me how to oc?
my rig :

i5 2500k
asrock p67 extreme 4
Msi gtx560 ti twin frozer
silverstone strider essential 700 watts
noctua nh 12p
kingston 1333 4gb X 2
Wd caviar green 500gb & 1tb
aerocool sycolne 2

can anyone teach me the basic things before oc?
i want to use asrock xtreme tuner programs, am i just increase the cpu multiplier?

i want to compare those two motherboards for socket 1155. which one is better?
because im confuse with those 2 motherboards, and i read many review in internet, and i still cant find the conlusion. can someone help me??

ram usage so high

anyone can help me? i dont know why my ram usage is high. im just turning my pc on, then the ram usage already 28%, the program that run just kasper*ky, Objec*dock, and rainmete*. any 1 can help me fix this problem? im running on windows7 64bit, and i already turn off the windows search option.
