NEC ND 2510A dvd burner problem

i just update the drive firmware to 2.18(nec ori firmware),but the drive cannot burn dvd anymore.it can read dvd no problem.my dvd burner is oem one.what should i do to recover back my dvd buner? pls help?

i registered streamyx through online yesterdays.tonight ,i try to connect my adsl modem and got solid dsl light. so i was so happy and try to set up my username and password on the modem and restart it.afterthat, my dsl light no more blinking and no light at all.i try to reset my modem but end up nothing happen...still the same , no dsl light .
so my question is > is it jumper not set correctly or have to wait them set it up? pls help me ?
