Overheat Home Theatre

Guys..

just wanna ask you..on overheat of home theatre...
i have a unit Denon avr132xp..
and today suddenly..the device overheat, and force it to shutdown...
FYI...my device been placed in open space, so it shouldnt be the cause for air circulation..
This is the first time it has happened, ever since I bought 2 years ago...
for the time being, I have to connect all my astro, BD player via the TV's HDMI connection..

Really need your advice and expertise how to troubleshoot this..
really frustrating...

Repair/Buy New TV?

hi guysss...

i have an old TV (32 inch V400A Series Sony BRAVIA LCD TV )..which I bought in 2009..
at first (few months ago)...the TV has been discolorization (color not accurate as what projected)...
and now...1-2 weeks ago..the TV went to ALL WHITE color....

can you please advice..shall I repair the TV? or should I buy a new one instead?
if the repair cost almost buying new one...i rather buy new one...
the TV is not urgent..as its ONLY been use on certain times (even though in the bedroom)\
coz we usually watch TV at the living hall...

any suggestion?
or any idea what went wrong?

hi guys...
i have a fren who owns a house (bungalow) bought in 2013..
price: 800,000

let say..if he has potential buyer...
how much can he sell, in order to gain at least 150-200k (after deduct tax, penalty, lawyer, etc etc)? or could you name/list what kind of payment would be needed after selling the house?
is it sufficient..to sell at 1.0M?

could someone help him out...
i'm a newbie in property (as I only have 1 property that I lived in)..
therefore i cant advice much on selling process..or potential selling

Dear All,

I have a TEKA SINK BE LINEA 55/40 (550mm x 400mm)...and undermount sink
This sink was initially bought anxiously during a visit to TEKA pavillion shop at wangsa maju..
as during that time..I just got my house key (in 2012)...
I intend to sell this to anyone, who insterested...with special price...
the price at the catalogue shown as RM 1800.00...
at that time...i got 20% discount....
but unfortunately..when time comes for surveying my kitchen cabinet..
i found that the sink NOT suitable with my KC...as KC smaller than I thought..
therefore I have decided to let this baby go...at special price of RM 1200.00 (nego)
